I require that my couples work with an experienced professional wedding planner. This practice, adapted after years of collaborating with top wedding professionals, ultimately preserves the integrity of your stress-free, candid and honest wedding day moments. Upon booking, a list of vetted and trusted professional wedding planners is available. We deeply value being a member of your professional wedding team and work closely with the planner to honor the created timeline and make professional suggestions pertaining to photography during the planning process. 

The Wedding Experience provides completely customizable full-service coverage of your wedding day. Your day should be planned to fit the unique needs of your celebration without limited hours of coverage as a restriction. We want to tell your unabridged story, beginning to end. Many couples include their multi-day excursions, welcome dinners and other events in their services.

The engagement session serves as a foundation for the artfully composed, natural, authentic wedding day images that tell the story of your day. It’s a dress rehearsal for the wedding day and an opportunity to get creative or take advantage of a destination session at one of my upcoming locales. I love to travel and am happy to meet you anywhere. My art direction and styling guidance is available to ensure you have an incredible experience.

Complete wedding day collections are made up of a combination of both fine art medium format film and digital images. Having confidence and experience in both mediums, each of your wedding day moments will be approached uniquely, each time selecting the best medium based on a number of factors including available light. The end result is a cohesive, storytelling and beautiful photography collection complete with both timeless true film images and film-style digital images.

A complete collection curated high resolution digital files and film scans are delivered to clients for a lifetime of print, sending, sharing and freely cherishing their memories. An average of 75-100 images per hour of coverage is delivered. Omitted images may include blur, blinks or unflattering facial expressions. All images in the complete collection are hand edited for color corrections and exposure adjustments. My preference is for images to be timeless, true to life in color and authentically representative of your celebration. For more extensive requests beyond standard editing, outsourced professional retouching is available at a custom per image rate. 

Custom travel quotes are provided for each unique celebration. We love to learn about your destination celebration before we discuss travel plans. We have been commissioned to capture wedding celebrations in destinations such as Ireland, Italy, Mexico and cities across the United States. We are always thrilled to add to the list. Each unique location that we are trusted to work in is met with a commitment to preparedness through high-level research, location scouting and studying how the light travels around the location and property. 

You can expect a photojournalistic quiet presence from the Jillian Knight Photography creative team. We value the integrity of your authentic moments and strive to tell your story unobtrusively and without interruption. Art direction and guidance is always available (ex. during formal family portraits) when/if desired on the wedding day. Behind the scenes, the team always has a minute by minute photo timeline and visual production document that we have created in conjunction with your wedding planner.

A minimum of two individuals, Jillian as well as a second photographer, always make up your creative team. Depending on the scale of an event, customizations such as a third photographer or drone photographer are available.

Once you’ve requested your date and confirmed your custom proposal, a contract will be provided for your review. Wedding celebrations are reserved with a signed contract and 50% retainer. Final balances are due four weeks prior to your celebration.
